1 yd Antique/Vintage French Gold Wire W/Yellow Stripe Cavalry Metallic Trim

Made in France, this wonderful antique trim is about 100 years old.

Originally used on military uniforms ,it is now used for a variety of home decor as well The silk yellow stripe down the center designates an officer in the cavalry. It is in great condition having some patina. It is made of gold wire & measures approx 13/16" wide.

This item is original antique stock from the archives of Tinsel Trading, in NY, which was founded by my great grandfather in 1933. I am constantly adding ribbons, trims, tassels, cords, fringes and more, some dating back as far as 1880's.
